Wrong!

In the early 70′s, Washington-based singer-songwriter Gil Scott Herron sang The “Revolution will not be Televised,”  Those were wise words and the time (and still are) but 40 years later we find ourselves watching the protestors in Cairo overthrow their pharaoh in our kitchens. The students in the square are even thanking the western media for their presence, without which they feel they might have been slaughtered. One has to muse at the way the relation of media and society has changed.
